Where is my confirmation email?2019-07-01T14:09:18+08:00

You should receive your order confirmation email within 30 minutes of placing your order. If you haven’t please check your junk or spam email folder.

If you have placed the order with a registered account you can check your order history, if you have no record of the purchase it is likely it was unsuccessful. If you’re unsure we recommend checking your bank statement for the charge and getting in touch with our team.

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. You can also checkout using PayPal or Electronic Funds Transfer. Customers registered as a business can also choose to pay by account.

We understand that once you’ve found something you love, you want it straight away (because we are the exact same way), so we work hard to ensure your order is processed as soon as possible.

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and dispatch on standard, stocked items.  All items that need to be ordered, we will advise on delivery timeframes.

If you are in desperate need of receiving your order, just give us a call and we can give you a more precise timeframe and do our absolute best to ensure we get it to you on time.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for most items.

All parcels require a signature upon delivery and therefore we recommend that you provide an address where you will be during normal office hours. Should you not be available to sign for your parcel, the delivery driver will leave a calling card to notify you of the delivery attempt and also the post office location in which you can pick up your parcel. If you are unsure of the status of your parcel and you have not been left a calling card, please use your tracking number on the Australia Post website to track its progress.

Auspole Sports Products offer a range of shipping options based on postcode. Parcels are able to sent Express, Registered and Standard post.  All parcels are sent via your chosen shipping service and each parcel is completely trackable to your delivery destination.

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to any online orders after your order is placed. Amendments may include but are not limited to:

    • Change of delivery address
    • Changes to colours and sizes
    • Adding or removing items
    • Full order cancellations

Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement. At this stage you must contact our team to organise a return.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us to let you know your order is on it’s way! This email will also contain your tracking number so you can track your parcels progress.
Australian customers can track their parcel via Australia Post here. International customers can track their parcels via DHL here

If the item is faulty we are happy to exchange the item once the faulty item is returned. The item must be returned within 30 days after the buyer receives it.  The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

Delivery to P.O. Box Addresses2019-07-01T14:30:26+08:00

PO Box addresses are accepted for all Australian addresses and all such deliveries will be signed for & delivered to your local post office. Please check your tracking information to find your parcels delivery status.

Can international orders be placed online?2019-07-01T14:14:40+08:00

International orders cannot be placed via the checkout online. If you are ordering for delivery outside of Australia please contact us by email sales@auspolesports.com.au
